At Stash Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened tea and non-perishable accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Reach out to our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using your preferred shipping carrier; please include your RMA inside the box.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 5-7 business days.
