Are Stash Tea bags compostable?
Yes, our tea bags are made from sustainable wood pulp and are 100% compostable. We do not use plastic heat-sealing or staples in our standard tea bag construction.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping across the United States, with free shipping available on orders over $50. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Does Stash Tea offer organic or caffeine-free options?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of USDA Certified Organic teas as well as a large selection of naturally caffeine-free herbal tisanes and decaffeinated black and green teas.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on tea. However, if there is an issue with your order or if a product arrived damaged, please contact our customer service within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
